          Mr. Nolan is an experienced real estate transaction and taxation attorney.  As to real estate transactions, he handles hundreds of transactions each year for his clients. For property tax matters, he seeks to maximize tax savings for his clients by the efficient application of legal and technical resources to unique tax problems.  He is uniquely qualified to apply a government relation strategy to any property tax assessment matter.  Moreover, Mr. Nolan is committed to accomplishing assignments according to the highest standards of ethics and excellence. 

          Procedurally, Mr. Nolan represents clients before administrative and judicial bodies relative to property tax assessment appeals throughout Illinois.  Mr. Nolan has saved his clients millions of dollars in property taxes.  Mr. Nolan has more than 20 years of experience in the property tax assessment field.  Mr. Nolan received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Saint Xavier University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1989 where he also served as an editor of the John Marshall Law Review, and graduated with distinction.  He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association – State and Local Taxation Section, the Chicago Bar Association –Real Estate Taxation Committee, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.  He has spoken and written before the Illinois Association of Assessing Officers and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Further, Mr. Nolan has been a member of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce since 1996.

          Mr. Nolan’s strong commitment to community has led to his involvement in several key organizations and government in Illinois (Bartlett).  Mr. Nolan served as an elected Village Trustee from 1997 through 2013.  Further, he served as Village of Bartlett Plan Commissioner and is also a past member of the Bartlett Lions Club and Concerned Residents for Community Schools.

Ms. Johnson has a wealth of experience and knowledge in both property taxation/assessment appeals and general real estate matters.  Her work ethic and Law Office tenure allow her to handle any client matter from start to finish. She is experienced and resourceful while working directly with clients and attorneys and is capable of handling complex client matters.  She maintains a high level of client service to existing and new client matters in the real estate and property tax arena. She also works directly with Mr. Nolan on a variety of administrative-client/operational matters.

Ms. Krofta handles various Law Office accounting functions as they relate to property tax/real estate matters. She is instrumental in handling real estate tax refund matters and interacts with various county jurisdictions. She also updates tax clients on their files and appeal results. She has the ability to tackle technical real estate issues and to bring them to a successful outcome.   

 Ms. Palcheck has worked in the law office environment for many years and is a seasoned professional in the area of real estate transactions, as well as the complex and deadline-driven matters that relate to each transaction.  She works with various real estate clients and provides unparalleled customer service.  Her ability to handle a real estate transaction from start to finish allows the client to have total peace of mind that they will experience a smooth transaction.
